Monte Power & Electric ("Monte," "we," "us," "our") is a California-licensed C-10 electrical contractor operating from San Jose, California, serving customers across the South Bay. How we share your information

• Vendors and service providers. We use service providers for things like web hosting, form delivery (FormSubmit, or successor), email, accounting, and analytics. These providers handle information on our behalf under their own confidentiality terms.
• Legal compliance. We will share information when we are required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulator request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Monte is acquired, merged, or goes through a similar transition, customer information may transfer to the successor entity.

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for a shorter period and then deleted. Website analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's default retention.
